Large Farmhouse with Land

Tucked away in a quiet hamlet on the outskirts of Bene Vagienna, an ancient country house with great potential in need of restoration.

The surrounding outdoor area extends over 3500 square meters and is suitable for many uses. The house is made up of two sections: one used from its inception as habitation, another an ancient nursery. The sections are connected by a stable and hayloft at the center of the building.

The property, with its considerable size, is apt to accommodate different restoration projects: a residential property, tourist accommodation, a restaurant and event venue.

With the appropriate project, this ancient country house can be transformed into a unique and enchanting property uniting the past with modern amenities in a convenient location with stunning views onto the Alps.
