Cluster of three original stone houses with an oven and a 1.6 ha almost level meadow

In the pristine landscape of the Alta Langa, a cluster of three original stone houses with an oven and a 1.6 hectare (close to 4 acres) almost level meadow. A quiet municipal asphalt road leads directly to the tranquil, sunny hamlet that boasts of a favorable microclimate. We find ourselves halfway between the towns of Cortemilia and Monesiglio, at 30 kms from Alba and 56 kms (30 miles) from the seaside! An enchanting place with houses made of stone and wooden beams, the way they used to be. The three houses surround the courtyard which opens on one side onto the private ground that is almost level. In the courtyard, shaded by two impressive limetrees, we find am ancient oven, a well and a fountain. The upper levels of all three houses can ce converted into habitable space and in the case of the stable also the ground level is suitable for conversion. The roofs have been redone recently. The considerable floorspace allows for a transformation into holiday homes for several families or into a hospitality business, an initiative that will be able to take advantage of the area's increasing popularity thanks to the Langhe's recent recognition by UNESCO as a world heritage landscape. The land extending on a sunny, very gently inclined slope allows both for agrivultural as well as recreational use (a pool, a tennis court etc. can be added). Further separate parcels of land totaling 7 hectares and set in the vicinity can be purchased addiitonally.
