The property is set in Perletto, a small locality not far from the area’s major towns of Alba and Acqui Terme. The property is a three-story house which has been completely restored in 2018. A sizeable 2700 sq meter garden with a salt-water 10 x 5-meter pool encloses the house.

The ground floor features an apartment with independent entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor area.
